Question: Is
homosexuality a sin according to the bible?
Do you not know that the
wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived:
Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes
nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor
slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
Answer: Yes.
Question: Ok,
but what about in the New Testament?
Answer: That is
in the New Testament.
In truth,
homosexuality is only one of many sins that humans commit. It does not matter
whether our particular “problem area” is homosexuality, or adultery, or
fornication (sex outside of marriage), or hatred, or murder, or fits of rage,
or lying, or deceit, or witchcraft, or idolatry. The bible teaches any
sin will separate us from God. It matters not what sin got us there, sin is sin
and we still become lost. For a more complete look at what the bible calls sin,

See also Romans 1:18-32 (again in the New Testament).
“But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the
vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic
arts, the idolaters and all liars–their place will be in the fiery lake of
burning sulfur. This is the second death.” – Revelation 21:8
This phrase
“sexually immoral”, spoken by Jesus Christ, is a Greek word that includes all
forms of sexual immorality from homosexuality, to adultery, to fornication.
